Am I missing something? How do I turn this on? I think I've gone through every setting I can find and am not having any luck.

Depends on what X-Cart and X-Payments version you use.

Thanks Ambal. I already did those steps as shown in the video. I'm using 4.5.4 right now with X-Payments 1.0.6.

It pulls up the payment processor, with no submit button or anything. I've cleaned up cache, temp files and tried to keep everything tidy. It's a new install with the On Sale mod installed, nothing else.

I was advised to hold off on 4.5.5 right now as an upgrade. So that's not an option right now.

This looks horrible, and we can't have customers making payment this way. Tooo sketchy.

Please make sure you set "default" templte for your X-Cart shop at X-Payments admin back-end - see http://help.x-cart.com/index.php?title=X-Payments:User_manual#Adding_an_Online_Store

If you want to use "iFrame" integration you need to set "lite" template at X-Payments side and enable "lite interface" support for X-Payments payment methods at X-Cart admin back-end side.

Also, X-Cart 4.5.5 is recommended version for using with X-Payments 1.0.6.

Hi Ambal,
There is a bug with the iFrame integration with X-Payments lite on the OPC interface. I am just narrowing it down for you with some details / screenshots and will lodge it properly in the issue tracker.
If you install a fresh clean copy of X-Cart 4.5.5 with X-Payments 1.0.6 and setup and configure and setup with both x-payments and the x-payments-connetor lite on OPC, it will not load the iFrame on the OPC checkout page. It loads it incorrectly on the next page with no submit button (as per LuxiMedia pic above)

If you then enable shipping tick enable Realtime shipping modules for the first time, It then will seem to load correctly in its iFrame on the OPC and you can complete the order on the One Page.

It is something to do with the shipping secton / realtime shipping section not being enabled for the first time is what i have found anyway to get it working from a clean fresh install. And then it goes fine.

Jase, I found your ticket. Now I understand that you are using X-Cart Mobile extension and the bug sits there. So it may be different case than LuxiMedia has.

This is a completely separate issue / bug to the X-Mobile / X-Payments bug which has been fixed now today.

I am using X-cart 4.5.5 with x-Payment 1.0.6 and iFrame Lite / OPC

We had an instance where an anonymous not logged in user was able to submit an order with only Country, State, Zip for shipping rate calculation and this killed the iFrame payment method on OPC, and the iFrame would not load. Lost $5K of sales. User was probably logged in, timed out, clicked view cart, entered rate calc UPS info in view cart, then checked out anonymously and X-Payments Lite WIPED OUT - prob. two different states with iFrame session still logged in? Bizarre, deadly bug.

Jase!!!! OMG!!! I have been dealing and detailing this EXACT bug now for the last 2 months!

I just read your bug report and did exactly what you did and now the lite interface works! XC Helpdesk wanted me to spend $99 to purchase points. I complained that this was a bug and that I shouldn't have to spend money to fix their broken product.

D**n it! I spoke way too soon.

I got the Lite Interface to work.... or so I thought.

Although it is/was loading with the help from this thread, it turns out that we only were/are getting about 30% of the orders to actually go through the whole CC processing.

Most folks over the last 2 days were either giving up, or calling or we called them after noticing that they would get to the checkout screen, think they placed their order and the order would end up staying "X-Payments Started" as their order status.

Some of them would finally come back and place their order as a Pay-by-Check. Most unfortunately give up and move on to someone else.

Back to the "Default" method.... and I still refuse to pay for something that is supposed to work.... even if I got XPay as a grandfathered user.

I believe that the "X-Payments Started" is initiated every time someone logs in or fills out their user profile and hits the continue button loading the iFrame Lite interface. If they think shipping is too much or they click around to view cart or browse more, the X-Payments Started is loaded again. Eventually they may come back and complete their transaction... but for whatever reason, we get to see people thinking and it is throwing our invoice numbers way off and successful versus failed payments out of whack.

Also, the iFrame Lite X-payments interface is not compatible with Windows XP / IE7. Those orders will show the spinning gear and the iFrame never loads, but will show X-Payments Started.

Does anyone know how to turn this off this X-Payments Started? Trying to convince to the Client to drop iFrame interface but they want everything on one page.

Yes - I am aware that people will back away after their info is put in. In my case we were getting people past that point and submitting their order thinking it went through.

So now this morning I switched it back to the "Default" interface and orders are coming in once again.

It is a real shame that XC refuses to acknowledge that these issues are really out in the real world.

Your best option for OPC is AC OPC + X-Payments Connector

Duh! My brain isn't turned on. Yeah - I might consider switching to it. We'll see where this all goes. Have lots of other mods to get up and running in the meantime.
