need more info to answer. depends on what skin your using.
a quick easy fix would be to include your video HTML embed tag in the products full description.

like am2003 said. add your video embed html link in an extra field in product management. then edit productdetail.tpl move the {extrafield} under the image.

** productdetail.tpl file name and {field} not exact. you will need to check using webmaster mode.

please read the user manual before. now, start using extra fields. create one and now modify the product, bellow the page you will see the extra fields you created (e.g. video). put you html in there (I know the input text is not giving you the change to see whole text - I've made request to QT to be able to have WYSIWYG in Extra Fields and wider input boxes).

reload your frontend using webmaster mode. you will see the video appearing in a position. change the product TPL to put that extra field in the right position. if you have more than one field, you can use the one you need, base on the declaration of that field (in admin).

extra fields is a powerful feature. but it is global, hope to see extra fields for every product in the next XC versions, as much as we would like to add for it. some global, some particular to a product.

yeah see, I tried this following another tutorial a guy had on adding video. But in the input field it doesn't put in the entire html for the video. It doesn't show up on the page and when I view the source on the page it shows half the html cut off. Is the input field just to small and won't allow all the code?

you have to increase the size of the extra filed input text. I will come back to you on Monday, I don't have xc installed here.

Or - you should not have to enter the entire embed code in the extra field. Maybe you could just enter the link, and keep the rest of the embed code in the template. You can find some hints in this thread.

The youtube video module doesn't look like what I'm need, cause I want a single embedded video under the detail images. The second one however looks pretty good, but I don't see a demo. I will check out that thread on extra fields.

You can ask a question of xcartmods to make sure - but normally placement of something is a matter of understanding the template structure, and moving things around within the html layout defined by the templates. You probably can modify the module to display it where you want. They might be able to tell you how hard it would be to move the display.

You will have to make similar modifications with the extra-fields solutions. Notmally, the extra fields are placed with the product details, so you'll have to move the extra-fields code to place it under the image - no matter which of the methods you choose. The thread I pointed you towards and several others on the forum do discuss how to loop though the extra fields to find the one where you are storing video information.
