Has anyone out there tried this before? I am thinking about implementing something like this. It look like a great software, I am curious how well it deals with quickbooks & ups worldship updates.

Yes, I too found your product in a search recently and am extremely close to purchasing a solution - either yours or T-hub from Atandra. Sell me! Another member also indicated that you have some stuff in the pipeline to improve. can you elaborate on that a bit?

Is this a direct replacement for T-Hub?

We currently use T-hub but support is non existent and the product a little flakey in places

Re: QuickBooks Integration For X-cart

Yes, eCC is a direct replacement and also offers additional features not offered by some of our competitors.

I'd recommend checking out the free trial to see if it meets your expectations.

Hopefully the product and our support will speak for themselves.

Thanks.

Re: QuickBooks Integration For X-cart

Any chance that this will work with Quickbooks Pro 2006 (UK edition) as there is no way we would touch Quickbooks 2008 even with a long pointed stick - VAT still does not work and support is a joke

Hi there,

Do you have a version for Quickbooks Online Edition? We do all our accounting in that system since it is web based and find it odd that a web business would then want to use client software and be limited to Windoze.

Thanks -- pm or email me after posting.

This sounds like a very good solution for x-cart quickbooks integration. Do we have any members here use it and share your experience on ECC?

Re: QuickBooks Integration For X-cart

I'm currently testing it on the trial which is basically fully-functional. So far it works great and seems very stable. I have a few kinks to work out with the display of information, they may be on my end but ECC offers support during the free trial so hopefully they are resolved. Worst case they appear to offer custom development (love those picky clients). I'll let you know as to the outcome but based on what I see so far I would solidly recommend this.

I've been trying to help a client install the demo. I continue to get an "invalid license" error.

Spoke with tech support, they provided a new file but the error persists. Called back a few times, but cannot get through.

Can you help?

Please notify the support team that the error persists and ask for a remote session to troubleshoot.

Thanks,

Parag

Re: QuickBooks Integration For X-cart

I just tested out the 15 day trial version of Webgility which was very quick and easy to use, Parag was very patient and helpful with questions I had. The product gave me most of the functions I was looking for (import of invoices from Amazon store and X-cart shopping cart) into Quickbooks and sending of tracking numbers to customers.

However, I chose to not purchase the product as I didn't want to run a .NET product that was tightly coupled to my PC that normally did my Quickbooks processing.

Most people probably don't have this type of concern, and thus, this product is very good.

I have automation code written that runs on the Linux server where my X-cart shopping cart is, and that automation automatically pulls orders, determines the warehouse to ship the order to, and sends a CSV file with the required fields by my fulfilment warehouse. I am adding code to my Linux server to connect to my Amazon store and retrieve those orders, then will be able to reuse my automation of orders to the correct warehouse. So, all this will be able to run 'lights out' without a PC connected to do the work. I could have a MS hosted server to run webgility, but I didn't want to put my 'quickbooks' file on a server to do that function, so chose to write a little more code.

What I still wanted was the ability to easily import both my X-cart orders or Amazon orders into quickbooks, and found

Import Transaction and List Data to QuickBooks,

01 Transaction Pro Import Wizard 4.0 - $199.95

from http://www.baystateconsulting.com/

This program also requires being installed on the PC with Quickbooks, but, it's easy to transfer the same license to a 'netbook' for traveling.

Again, I found Webgility a very impressive, easy to use product, but, for me, I didn't want to be tied to MS applications for getting my orders to my warehouses for ful-fillment, and found the import wizard perfect for my needs.

peggyr: Any chance we can speak about your automation? That is exactly what I would like to do + ebay. Let me know if you have a second to speak.

Re: QuickBooks Integration For X-cart

This is Alex Hu with DCSproduction.com, recently we worked with http://aaatex.com/ of their QuickBooks Cart integrator for http://www.weneedsigns.com/ case. Client is asking for automatic polling the X-cart orders to QuickBooks Enterprise every X minutes. The client online store is well established. It requires detail sales rates (70 rates in California), discount, coupon, create item, create customer in the fly. The implementation took about 10 days. It won't be easy because every store has its unique idea of doing business. Expense is at $699 (software license & 2 extra hr support) plus our time to support this implementation.
