7Dana Skins
 

Based on what I was reading here I placed an order for a 7Dana 4.2 skin. It has been almost one week, and the site says my order is in "que". They have not responded to any presales questions nor expedite questions for the pending order.

Is this normal or what others here are seeing as well? Others posted positive results with them in the forum, but so far I am not having that experience.

I have bought several skins with 7Dana and haven't had this experience, quite the opposite: their response was prompt all the time ... my 2 cents

I also have placed an order on 24 July for a skin upgrade. No word yet. Sent emails, Nothing!!

This is not like 7dana, this I know. In early July I was in contact with him and had many questions answered. I would think that perhaps 7dana and staff are on summer holiday?

Maybe they are staying up late trying to update all the skins to 4.2.2? and soon 4.2.3?

I too am experiencing problems being sent the template that we ordered. The site says 24-48 hours, we are now on our 5th day waiting with the entire site migration now stalled waiting for 7Dana to provide the ordered techno template.
I have also sent two emails (no reply), rang multiple times (no answer) and finally resorted to contacting moneybookers who processed the payment to ask them to investigate the situation.

Whilst I like the look of the templates this lack of customer service is concerning to say the least.

Ash, sorry for this problem, but your order is processed the same day, on 16 February. I do not know why you did not receive any notice with download key and why we did not get your email messages, most likely they ended up in the spam folder, on the server level....I will check.
In any case I will contact you via PM.

I did ask on your website about the Natural template upgraded to 4.4.2 but I've received no response.

Sorry Steve, I can't find your mail anywhere, natural template is not available for version 4.4.2, and probably will never be, we are working on a brand new templates.
