Modified X-cart

That must be the most customized x-cart I've seen.

Does anyone know who did it ?

lildawg 09-21-2003 01:58 PM

Nope but it is pretty cool.

jpsowin 09-21-2003 05:53 PM

Not the most customized I've seen, but boy is it busy! Everything is the same two bright colors and it's hard to look at it very long...

Me either and I agree that it is busy, but what do I know, I don't use those type products.

Very good design

There's way more customised ones out there, that's mostly just graphics alterations and a few things moved around.

Site headers hurt my eyes, bit too agressive on the contrast jumps 8O

Converts at 2.5% though

How do you know, are you an affiliate ?

wowzer 10-06-2003 01:11 PM

Nope...I own the company

ambermoon 10-06-2003 05:37 PM

haha..good stuff
did you design it ?

wowzer 10-07-2003 08:08 AM

The system is actually a custom-programmed system (take a look at the affiliate program for starters). From the graphical treatment (yes...it is un-conventional on purpose) to the automatically generated sitemap, it was designed from the ground up to provide maximum automation, while providing for the most search-engine friendliness possible.

My best advice...seek out a good devlopment team via eLance.com to build your system.

How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking ?

wowzer 10-09-2003 08:57 AM

Mid four figures.

groovico 10-09-2003 06:30 PM

So it has, just noticed it's also using either combination of the html catalog and possible apache re-writes on the php pages to have them listed as .html nice touch :D

Looks like you invested quite a bit of the budget behind the scenes on there.
