Bestsellers not working
 

I have noticed that my list of best sellers isnt changing at all in relation to the top products the store has sold.

Can anyone shed some light?

Are your stats turned on? They need to be in order to track bestsellers.

What are your order status set to? If I remember correctly, bestsellers only register for complete orders or perhaps it is processed. Perhaps someone can verify that for the 4.1.8 version?

Hi,

I have the same problem as well.

"Enable shop statistics gathering" is turned on.
"Enable tracking statistics:" is turned on as well

and our orders status is changed to "completed" everytime we proceed an order...
...but still, bestsellers are not updated.

Is there any idea how to make this work?

We were having the same problem, until I tried what Balinor suggested earlier in the post. The bestsellers list only updates when orders are flagged as "processed" at least in our version. Thanks for the help.

My problem now is that the best sellers on my front home page, dont seem to change at all. When viewing the other categories, the best sellers seems to be true. But its just my front page that i keep seeing the same thing.
Any ideas how to change the home page best sellers?

Yes Sunset it is also for my site.Any option to block it from home page or randomly change the products of the home page best sellers !!!! Is it possible to do? Can anyone help me?
