New shipping solution - 100% free to use!
 

Hi everyone,

I've developed a 3rd party shipping solution compatible with x-cart gold and I'd like to offer the service to anyone interested in trying it out, especially to anyone having shipping related issues. As a current x-cart license owner, I know how frustrating it can be to set-up shipping options in x-cart. Hi, I am very interesting in your product. Actually, I must set up the shipping rules for my site, but I have a lot of rules.. if your solution can be more simple ... I sign with my two hands !!

You can sign up for the service at cartmatrix.com. When signing up, choose the Start-Up Plan under the Shopping Cart Integration package. Follow the registration steps and you'll be set-to-go. Once your account is created, you're welcome to play around with the functionality and test your shipping data using our speedy quote shipping calculator (available from within the Members Area). These are the rates which will display to your customers on x-cart once the module is implemented into your shopping cart.

If you have any questions after registration, or encounter any problems, please let me know. I'd be glad to help you resolve any issues.

Also, please note: The registration will ask for a credit card. You won't be charged any fees during the free trial (365 days).

Thank you Warwick for posting our pricing structure and our different account plans. These are the price range(s) you can expect to pay when your free trial expires after 12 months. We are still signing up users for the free 12 month trial, so if anyone else is interested, please let me know. X-cart will be able to start integrating our plug-ins to your shopping carts shortly.

Hi cartmatrix,
just wondering if this will work when it is based in Australia? It looks as though it is more tailored for the US etc.
Anyway I think your marketing strategy to our fellow x-cartians is fantastic - 1 free year trial - don't think I have come accross that much before!

Haha thanks for the comment - we believe our product is going to be a great addition to x-cart, and we'd like to get as many people using it as possible. Hopefully the free year is enough incentive, but if not, we're always open to new suggestions! :)

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer tracking from our module. It is something we hope to incorporate soon, though.

X-cart has just completed the upgrade of our shipping module to the latest version of X-cart 4.1.6. We are now moving forward in working with x-cart to install our shipping module into the shopping carts for all those who are interested in using our service - with the FREE 12 month trial included!

For those who have already contacted me about your interest in using our service, I will contact you shortly to get you set-up.

In the meantime, if you haven't already, please visit cartmatrix.com to sign up for the service. Once x-cart has the module installed in your shopping cart, you'll need to connect to our service using your secret "key". The key is given to you after you create your account.

While you're waiting for x-cart to install the Cart Matrix module, feel free to start setting up your shipping options, such as which shipping methods you want to provide, shipping surcharges, restrictions, or discounts, etc. Then, once the module is installed, the service (and all your shipping formulas) will begin working immediately - for free!

Your animated tour is not up yet. Do you have a test store set up so we can see the interface? Next question is what counts as a transaction? A completed sale or any hit? Next question, will we be able to print the shipping labels like from the USPS API and UPS Worldship? Is it ready for 4.1.6 now?
