Cart Log Analyzer
 

I recently migrated from Monstercommerce to X-cart. One of the things I really liked about MC was their abandoned cart viewer. We could check through abandoned carts, and when customers had logged in, we could get their info and contact them to see if they had run into problems.

This function was also useful if a customer called with a problem while placing their order. We could find the cart, print it on our end, then enter it manually.

I'm looking for a mod or add-on that will enable X-cart with this functionality. I found a product on a site called x-carts-plus.com that had what I needed, but they seem to not be in business anymore.

The product was called X-CART Customer Cart Log Analyzer.

Anyone know of another retailer of this or a similar product? I've checked the main X-cart mod sites and searched the forums, but no luck...

I was looking at this mod too - why do you say that they no longer seem to be in business? Are they not responding to your emails or what?

The site is live, but they don't respond to emails. I bought the mod (my card hasn't been charged, thankfully), but they never installed it, nor replied to any of my emails.

If anyone has any info...

Doubt it, Comcast is pretty huge and I have quite a few Aussie clients :)

Just wanted to update people on the situation at x-cart-plus.com.

On Jan. 8 I paid for a cart log analyzer that they offered on their site. I got busy, and they were slow in responding to my questions about when the mod would be installed. They emailed a couple of times explaining how busy they were, and assured me it would be installed in a couple of days.

It's now been two months and nothing has happened. I thought I paid by credit card, but payment was actually made through PayPal. I'm now past the dispute time frame of 45 days, so it looks like the money is gone.

Beware of these guys. I don't think they are intentionally dishonest, but accepting payment then NEVER delivering the product is a rip-off, pure and simple.

I've dealt with a couple of other third-party developers with great results. But in the case of x-cart-plus.com, do not, under any circumstances, pay for services. Their site is live and seems to be bonafide, but their business practices are not above board. I'm out about US$80, lesson learned.

I don't know what is going on with them at the moment, They used to be great (I used to chat to Gary from x-cart-plus quite often over messenger).
I do know at one time he was hospitalised because he has really bad asthma but I would of thought he would back to normal by now.

But like you I needed some more mods doing but he can't get hold of him and I don't see him pop up on msn anymore

Busy selling undies :D

I got heavily into affiliate marketing so whereas in the "olden" days i'd spend most of my "forum" time on here but lately I spend most of my free time on various affiliate sites promoting us and our program.

Just about to launch our new undewear site (x-cart based of course - even based on the existing 4.0.5 version we run justhom on but with more bells and whistles like ajax'd category and product pages - so the pages don't need to refresh in whole) so thought i'd pop back here for a while and check out whats been going on (and ask a few questions of course) :lol:

I also like to buy Cart Log Analyzer. I sent email a few days ago, but no response. Any update ? Is it really out of business ?

I have the same problem now, but have contacted Paypal to get my money back and will of cause contact my bank. Its a shame as i would like this mod.
