Showing up in description
Hi, how can I get this:
{$lng.txt_system_specs} into my description so it displays the actual content of txt_system_specs ? Currently just putting {$lng.txt_system_specs} into my description does not parse. thanks |
are you saying that your trying to add this code to anther language file or just trying to add this to the product.tpl ?
|
Hi Shan,
I went into Text and made: txt_system_specs with the appropriate data inside. Now i want to call that from a description. Any ideas? This would help me to provide 1 area with specs so if specs change... all I have to do is update the txt_system_specs. Thanks for your time. |
Do you know what I mean?

ANYONE?
|
are you saying that you want to add say
{$txt_system_specs} into the desciption field of your products ? If so then you would be adding a language entry into a language entry. you could try like this ".$txt_system_specs." or just $txt_system_specs |
Hi Shan, It dosent work....
It dosent parse. It just displays: ".$txt_system_specs." or $txt_system_specs Has anyone done this? Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks! |
