Just saw this article about Structured Data Penalty issues (Still trying to figure out why my website ranking has dropped so suddenly over the last month).

Spammy Structured Markup Penalty & Recovery – Use Schema Markup With Caution!

In looking at my site with Webmaster tools, I find that I have out of 417 items listed in the Structured Data group (I think it is because of lack of keywords on the rest of my items - adding them gradually), I have over 200 that are either missing required data or have what they are determining to by invalid data.

Example Image #1:
In this example, they are looking for the product name.

Example Image #2:
In this example, Google doesn't seem to like my "Identifier" label for what they are looking for as a label of "Product"...? Or is it the sku format they don't like?

Where (in the code I presume) and how do I change these values? Why are some ok and others not?

I just tested our site and saw this problem for the first time. Updated to the latest version of Rich Snippets (1.1.1) and retested - all good. Total elapsed time, about 10 minutes. Once again Jon and company are on top of things.

Jon, is there a way to include the contents of static pages we create into the search engine?

I'm assuming your asking if you can have the default x-cart search, also search static pages. This isn't a CDSEO question, but the answer is by default, no. I recommend using AlteredCart's Smart Search addon with their Static page search addon.

I believe you are using the Rich Snippets from your template provider so you'd want to follow-up with him for corrections.

Hi Guys,

After being told by Google that our site had been hacked and was presenting spam I had a quick look. All pages looked fine and a thorough scan of the files using Google's own tools by myself, and a complete scan by Total Server Solutions, revealed nothing. But then I found a load of xml files being created in realtime, in a folder 'userfiles', containing Russian ads for flights.

Checking the x-errors-files-yymmdd.php contained the following:

Is this the smoking gun? Is someone using cdseopro.php to gain access to my server?

Any help will be appreciated.

cdseopro.php is showing as the request uri because it runs 98% of all pages, including all categories, products, manufacturers and static pages. CDSEO has been thoroughly tested and has no history of any security issues. It's almost surely an issue somewhere on your site (have you installed all security patches for X-Cart) and cdseo is just showing because they are on a category/product/manufacturer/static page.
