Welcome back Jon, it's been a while...
I already posted some feature upgrade wish list. But another thing from day one is searching for content... Luckily for us, Bill at Altered Cart with his smart search mod has provided us with a powerful search integration to query xcms with entries related to search terms... Our search results page now shows xcms entries as well. Way back when you l first launched your mod, you also provided us with some search integration... I think this needs to be functional out of the box. And yes, an easier way to integrate images would be appreciated. May be integrate with Bills new image upload system? For my staff to integrate images into xcms is a real night mare. First upload to server via ftp and then use the url... not working for all my challanged staff.. Can't wait to see your new features. |

Search will be created out of the box. It will be xCMS only on the blog pages and won't integrate with the product search though.
Image uploading would be very useful. I will look into options for this at the time of implementation. This will be available in Q1 of 2014. |

What is the timescale for XCMS on 4.6? We really need this and CDSEO so we can move off 4.5 as its becoming a problem for us. Cheers |
