Very very buggy software. But I'm trying to work with them.

It got a lot better over various versions. They are pretty good with fixing bugs so if you find bugs, please report to them so we can have better software in the future. The software is really useful already.

I am trying to buy it but checkout won't accept any of my paypal, or credit card/debit card accounts.

Quick announce:
We've recently released Unicode version of Store Manager
you can find all details here

If you had any issues with special characters - like European Umlauts, Chinese symbols, this was the change you needed.

There are also few more important speed and quality improvements.
I welcome everybody to upgrade or give it a try if you still don't use it.

I have no problems with FTP on Filezilla, Dreamweaver, etc. Using exact same parameters (and have tried every possible "Base Directory" to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like product has great potential - but I'm about to give up on this . . .

We will investigate this issue and improve in next release.

As usual - best way to report an issue or suggest an improvements is using email - support@xcart-manager.com

As additional improvement we will also have SFTP support for improved security.

I welcome you to make more improvements.

I have read though all the posting in this forum and I was wondering if someone can give me a solid review of this product. I am not really understanding how this product can be good for a store with over 10000 products if people are saying that it has lots of bugs. Also, I see that support leaves much to be desired. If you are using this product please do me a solid and give me your full take on this product.
