Works nicely on mine (version 4.1.11)

Just for a good intuitive interface for users/customers, is there anyway when the user hasnt clicked the check/tickbox, making the button when a user tries clicking on 'Submit order' it displays an alert box asking the user to agree to the T&C's?

Tried this in 4.2 it displays button but on click it doesnt submit the order?

I need this mod for 4.2 also! We just lost a bunch of money on an order on our old site because the guy didn't bother to read the return policy. Ended up in a chargeback battle and we lost because, according to the merchant company, there was no "click to agree"button. It was our word against his that we had informed him of the return policy before he sent his stuff back. :mad:

I would advice everyone to have the "click to agree" function!
