We are also getting ignored and our clients who has tickets with us for him are getting ignored. We have since removed his software from our site for sale. It is just not right to completely ignore your responsibilities like this. :(

For those of us who he owes money to, will we ever see it?

I lodged a ticket with PayPal, which initially is just them contacting him on my behalf. If he's not responding to any of us, does anyone know whether we're protected by PayPal and can get our money back eventually?

I can't exactly afford to be wasting money on a piece of software that never installed properly and has ZERO customer support.

Jon, be a man and show your face and refund us our money or karma will get you........

I know I'm not the only one he owes a refund to on here.

Wow. I almost purchased this product. Lucky I came across this thread.

It seems, based on the comparison notes at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-Cart_SEO, XCSEO was a good one. Are the comparisons accurate? Looks like the next best choice is CDSEO.

Is CDSEO being updated to fill in the blanks of XCSEO? Would be nice to have some of the features XCSEO had with no loss of page loading speed as reported by some.

It's the same user name and the person is asking questions about SEO and referencing XCSEO. Why would someone bother to do that?

Jon, show your face, refund those who have asked, answer your support tickets or you can pretty much kiss your XCSEO business goodbye.

Why would someone take your money then do a runner and open up a thread on a new forum within the last couple of days using the same username?

They didn't have to do that they could have called themselves anything.

I bet if you get the ip address, that would open a can of worms

Totally agree with you - to bad so many people have lost their money to this guy.

I think any vendor who is reluctant to advertise their phone number and/or address is likley to be a bit suspect.
