You cant view card details for security purposes - but would be good if you could

To update status simply select the order from the list - click update status and choose the new status... unless this feature is disabled in the trial version ?

1. You can't, it is encoded by xcart. Security measure.
2. Right mouse click on order, Update Status.

I am still testing store manager and it looks like very useful software

1. OK. It would be nice if I can process order in store manager with linkpoint and authorize.net

2. When I right click on order and choose "Update status", it does not open a window for me. I am using 2.4.0 (Build:620) on Windows XP.

3. I only see 1 detailed image. If the products have multiple detailed images, how can I view all of them?

I just checked on this build - it open the window for me.
Can you click on "Update status" in the top menu - if you get this window. If not - I welcome you to report it via email to support@xcart-manager.com

Double-click on any product in product list -> Images tab

just a quick question...

if you have multiple 3rd party add ons installed will it affect the store manager or the site in anyway?

after i update my cart to 4.3 i will be seriously looking into this product

Hi Phoenix Tech

Store Manager was specially designed to work with modified databases. It will show "additional" database fields as regular input fields - so you will be able to edit them.

If you have additional database tables created by third-party addons - it has special tool to work with it as regular database table (list, sort, edit, filter/search etc).

Specific addons won't be directly supported by Store Manager.

Your additional questions are welcome.
Also - it makes sense to download demo/trial asap and give it a try - it can take minutes to start and save you hours every day.

yes it will be compatible with this and future versions of X-Cart
You will be able to download updates free of charge for 6 months, after that there is small optional fee to download future updates, or just use the version you have without additional charges.

This way we always keep it compatible and always improving

I downloaded the trial version quite some time ago, but could never get the Quickbooks plug in to work (I use QB Canadian version). Someone from tech support emailed me a plug in they said should work, but after installing it I still get errors when I try and connect to my QB file.
Since then, I have had a few emails from MagneticOne asking my for opinion, did I have any questions, etc. Each time I responded about the problem I had - also saying I would buy this product if they could help me to get the demo working properly. No response. I sent at least 5 requests, and no one seemed to care that they've just lost a sale.
