I had the same issue in 5.2.4. I was advised by Tony to wait for 5.2.5. I'm trying to setup for last 1 month but haven't got reliable solution yet. Tony and his team are working on that, hopefully it'll be resolved soon. Regards, |

Hello guys,
I've been told by X-Cart 5 developers that the issue with shops stucking on the 5th step of the deploy process can be fixed with the attached patch. You can apply it manually (pluses are the lines that should be added and minuses are the lines that should be removed) or by executing the following command from the XC5 directory on the server: "patch -p0 < diff.patch" PLEASE create a full backup of your site (files + MySQL database) before applying the patch - this may help you to recover your site back if something goes wrong during the process. |

This appears to be fixed with 5.2.6

What are the errors in [XC5]/var/log/ files? They may give you a clue.
