Already works great for me too, but i need to make ORDER NOTES as a MUST also.

Does anybody knows how to do it?

I have noticed that when using ezCheckout, if a customer doesn't register first, but leaves it until the end of checkout, the "Submit" button is disabled, and there's no "By clicking Submit you agree...." text, or the checkbox.
See attached printscreen.
Has anybody experienced this behaviour?

I had to comment out the {if} statment immediately before <INPUT tag:
{*{if $newbie eq "Y"}*}
<input name="agreecheck" type="checkbox" onclick="agreesubmit(this)" /> {$lng.txt_you_agree_reg} <A href="help.php?section=conditions" target="_blank"><FONT class="Text">{$lng.lbl_terms_n_conditions}</FONT></A>.
{*{/if}*}
