I read all this wonderful stuff last week and bought;

XCSEC PRO ( the expensive one) - BIG MISTAKE

see my comments in the Rants & Raves/My ultimate Review thread on Mods.

I am still waiting for a reply to my last 4 emails from last week..............................................

This product and the company have an awful lot to be desired.

I would like to be proved wrong...... but it aint happening

There are plenty of us who think otherwise. Excellent module and first class support. Perhaps your emails haven't been received?

I've been trying to reach Jon aswell, i have 3 weeks waiting for a reply.
Jon please if you read this message, i just paid another person to take care of the pendings of our website.
The only thing i need now is XC-SEO PRO to work with www.depesca.com
If you could help me with this i'd appreciate it a lot.

Sorry, but we waited so long for you and we are on a rush for new site to go live.

Just to make clear, we only need you XC-SEO PRO mod works in www.depesca.com when we move our test site.

I really don▓t like being pushed into this situation┘┘┘and you have done just that.

After your holding email of last Wednesday telling me of your problems - I am still waiting for you to rectify the issues.............but with still no response▓s from you what am I supposed to do?.

I think this statement now needs to be a little more truthful and read

"XCSEO Pro - Best X-Cart SEO module available!
That is; once we have finished the development, got rid of all the bugs, sorted out a manual and worked out how to respond to customers emails."

Two weeks on after paying for the product √ I still have nothing to show for it.
The product I have, is certainly not of merchantable quality.

If you keep your customers constantly in the dark then things will start to get a bit harsh - I was under the impression I was purchasing a completed product from a reputable source this is obviously not the case.

I am sure you▓re a really great guy; but if this is too much trouble for you; PLEASE just say so and refund me my money.

Alternatively; SORT IT NOW


I also find hard to believe that I am the only person you have put in this situation or are there others┘┘

me too, i have paid and installed the mod, but it's not working, jon has fixed couple times, now still not working, i agree that jon is a great guy, but pls respond me no matter or what, otherwise, i will request refund too. thanks

Hi all,

In Jon's defense - we have used his services and SEO module on many sites and it's rock solid.
We haven't found any problems with it yet, the features in the latest version are great.

Personally, I believe Jon just needs to get some more people on his staff - to help with the workload.
He's an expert developer with a super product on his hands and as a result more and more people will want
to use him. I'm sure the demand for his services must be massive right now - add to this the fact that
he's one of the most active members in this forum - it's not surprising he's getting a little swamped.

I totally agree with this statement.
Jon did a hell of a really good job on my website, and his SEO mod is working very smoothly.

I think Jon has been surprised by his own success, and has now to find time (and resources !) to put up with the additional workload. It is certainly no excuse, but no need to be aggressive with him. Let him find the way to square things up.

Keep up the good job !
