Hi, Scotty85,

What is new with FancyCats? I bought it when I first got x-cart and have regret it ever since, wishing I had gone with a lighter easier mod. I noticed they have a new version but not much info on what has changed. I use the Candy style on the site and it is very hard to read. The space between the bars is too wide and the font really light. Since I don't know much about how to custom them, I can't change it. I was hoping they would have added an interface for newbies like me.

Here is a snapshot of the funky category the first version on the first post for everyone who wants to know what it looks like. Someone with moderator powers might like to add it to the firt post to prevent further "What's it look like?" questions.

The horizontal menu worked but you have to adjust the position of the funkcategories.tpl file inside customer/home.tpl so it doesn't collide with the welcome text or main content. You also have to replace the and replace

Other wise you will get errors for the horizontal.

This was tested in 4.1.9 and 4.1.10 with no problems that I could find when browsing or adding items to cart. The admin panel was fine as well.

We purchased it also (way back when) and it is going unused as it was way too sloooooooow. We chose the V4Menu instead. Just for grins I installed "FancyCats" on a test version of 4.1.10 and can tell you "What is new with FancyCats".... nothing!. It looks like we will stick with the V4Menu.
