Enable shipping in General Settings > Shipping Options (yes, uncheck Disable Shipping). Shipping Markups appears on the side under Inventory. Real-Time shipping also needs to be enabled.

DISABLE SHIPPING is unchecked and page saved.

This is all there is under Inventory:

Destination zones
Shipping charges
Discounts

I just noticed note about real time shipping. What in the world does Real time shipping have to do with shipping markups showing up? No wonder I didn't get this right away. I have no intention of using real time shipping so that is why I didn't even think of it.

When in administration, and you go to user profiles and try to modify a users email address, I am getting an error message that( the image that you typed do not match the characters in tne picture). There is no image verification image on the page.

It does this on the front end too...Since I applied the image verification patch, everything else is working fine, so I forgot to revisit this one, but it's still doing it. It may be just the matter of editing a language file..I'm not really sure.

In previous 4.1.X version (4.1.5 and 4.1.3 I believe), when exporting data, under the [USERS] section, there is a field called !PASSWORD_HINT. However exporting in 4.1.6, there is no such field anymore. I would assume that it doesn't require it upon import or rather it can't be included. So a slight compatibility issue with older version.

I assume the only way to resolve is to remove it manually?

EDIT: It seems [PRODUCT_VARIANTS] has undergone some changes as well, will there be something made available for backward compatibility?

Shipping markups is under "Inventory" in the admin menu, right under Shipping Charges.

BTW, upgrade from 4.1.5 to 4.1.6 was the easiest I've ever experienced. No need for manual patches.

If you don't have Real Time Shipping enabled Shipping Markups is not available under Invertory.

Image verification seems to have issues. I enabled it for all forms to test, and it worked fine.
The problem is that it can no longer be disabled.
When I disable it on any of the forms, the image will not show on the page,
but if I try to submit the form it will give me the error:
"Please fill in all the required fields. The characters you typed do not match the characters in the picture".
I even tried to turn off the module in admin/modules, but I still get the same errors.
So now I have no choice but to keep the image verification enabled on all forms.
Is this a bug? BTW. I use numbers only to keep it simple.

Like pulling the pin and rolling a grenade in... this upgrade completely bombed my store. And I was only going from a clean 4.1.5 to 4.1.6.
