I had the same problem with communication with him, never got a reply, its a good mod so it's worth it to keep trying to contact him

There are other prople in this forum that can do this also. AND they usually will email you back.

I hav emailed him in the past, over three weeks ago. Never heard from him. So I am thinking if it is this type of service up front, is it worse on the back end after the sale?

I still want the mod, so if anyone else out there reads this that could do it for me kust give me a shout out.

I have tried to go to someone that currently offers it, but it would seem as though they do not want to really sell it.

Personally if I knew that I would not getting even a simple reply after purchasing this mod and not even getting all of what this mod describes in the product details, I would not have purchased it. Hopefully there is a solution for all of this and I will hear back from him by Monday or so. I would at least like to get this mod working where the customer can click on the picture and be able to go to the product. Doesn't make much sense not being able to click the picture as well as the description. If you guys might happen to know the coding for being able to click on the picture could you please post it for me or pm it to me? Precciate it!

I am sorry this is happening and feel terrible since is me the one that recommended the mod. I will see what I can do he sometimes pop-up on Yahoo messenger and I will ask him about it.

I hope I can get some where with Al and get this resolve.

If you would like to make a sale for him, sell me the mod and then when you hear from him, just pop him a paypal for me :wink:

Oh, I am by no means blaming you at all. It is not your fault how another company's customer service performs. I'm sure you didn't know his service was like this for other customers. Sorry to bring such an old post back to life, but I too would like to purchase this mod but there is no way of getting in touch with the developer. Is he still around?

I don't think he is around anymore so your best bet would either to be approach x-cart team themselves or one of the many 3rd party devleopers who are on here to recreate it for you.
