card expire
 

I'm using ver 3.5.4 right now and not sure if this has been addressed in later versions, but the card expire info in the check out process needs to be selected by drop downs and not a customer entry. I get more failed orders from this than anything else. Most people just give up. I'd guess I've lost a few thousand over this one alone.

same problem here, the good thing is that there is a hack floating around somwhere that adds a drop down menu

I've not installed the Beta1 yet, but hopefully the mustard yellow nav bar in the admin/provider area was redone, is my main gripe as well as Modify Product added back to the Invetory menu, I think I go to that text link the most. :)

Just a note, I see alot of feature requests of mods that already exist for 3.4.x to 3.5.x versions of X-Cart on either my site:

Im getting ready to purchase x-cart for a new client of ours. Is there an estimated release date so I can time my purchase?

Bug with states
 

Ok, I thought I posted this already but I can't find it. Excuse if this is a duplicate.

There seems to be a bug with the javascript "State" selector when a customer is signing up

The "State" field is gone, There is no drop down list. This must be a javascript error as I get an alert from IE that "Object Expected"

This seems to only be a problem with IE as mozilla/firefox works fine.

Just as a side note, there seems to be several other javascript errors with this version, thanks.

In the Admin side under "Product Search" when selecting no catagory and selecting "search" this error appears at the top.

Under the search box it tells me how many it found and states that it is displaying them. But it doesn't display them only the search box again.

I noticed that the documentation for 4.0 at the x-cart site is not really 4.0. Does anyone know when the new docs will be released?

X-Cart releases documentation very slowly.

You would be better off asking them through the support helpdesk when you can expect 4.0 documentation.
