THE PROBLEM is that the workaround requires 2 of the same image, doubling the size of the page load. Bad for ecommerce.

Everyone reading this thread should open/reopen their tickets on this issue with TXS. Hopefully "next week" is any day now.

Absolutely. Actually, it looks as though my developer has discovered what he thinks the issue is. Just waiting for him to look through the java code.

Would be nice to have an official fix from TXS. My developer says...

"there is code missing on the single image version that is included in the multiple image version. using x-cart debug mode, i can see all of the xbanner variables, so it might be easier to count the slides using smarty and if there is just one then I can add the necessary code into the templates."

Sounds like it should be an easy fix from TXS. Let's hope we can get it soon.

I wanted to report that my developer has fixed the issue of a single image banner not being responsive. I was told this fix is site specific, meaning, what worked for our site wouldn't work for others as the settings would have to be identical.

With that being said, xBanners2 is great module. I look forward to seeing this in use on our new site in the next few weeks.

Hi Will,

I have been trying to get my login credentials reset for the past few days now so I can update my license information. Your "Forgot Password" page not only requires the registered Email address but also a Username. Support Ticket ZUQ-727-18663. Thank You.

This ticket Ticket: #CVY-805-74734 followed so many times but not getting positive reply from your end.

What is the issue to resolve the matter?
