hi, will, the banner is not working,i inserted {$txs_xb_pos_2} into menu_cart.tpl but it does not appear, please tell where to insert, i have submit the ticket for a while, but no one respond just tell me to put into tpl wherever i want, but it does not show however, please help, thanks

Hello I'm stuck on the same issue of where exactly to enter the tag? Probably a real basic oversight but if someone can post the answer(s) that would be great!

Did you make sure the All Day box is checked for when the banner should appear?

Today I changed the dimensions of the banner on our homepage from the default values and now upon page load the first slide does not display except for a fleeting moment before the second slide displays. This leaves our homepage with a big blank area, which doesn't look good.

I'm sure we didn't have this problem before and I'm sure that I only changed the banner height from 445px to 300px - and then uploaded three new slides of appropriate dimensions.

Any suggestions of what might be going on here please?

Also, in which file do you define the css for the "Extra Class Name" field under the Common Data tab?
