I got them back up after about an hour of messing - not sure how but did.

If I change the const CHUNK_LENGTH = 10000; as you advised to fix membership issue then it would not re-cache... I had to set it back to 100 and it then did re-cache.

I am going to build the dev on another machine this weekend locally in house and not have it on the same server as the live.....

The thing about CHUNK_LENGTH = 10000 causing failed cache rebuild sounds strange, because I did rebuild cache with this constant on you dev copy.

Anyway, let's proceed with the problem investigation via email and then I will publicly post results for community.
