Try using JPEG or PNG files, not GIF's, as they do not scale.

Well if some thumbnails appear and some do not, then can only assume that the ones that don't appear are of a bad image format.

What does he use to create/edit his images?

Try saving the JPEG images at a different compression level, or try one image as a PNG file instead of a JPEG.

I don't think so. Because when you go to the category that any of those random products belong too, their photos show up just fine.

Purchased the mod. Its not working on our 4.4.5 installation. Followed the installation instructions exactly. However, it made all thumbnails and detailed image stop showing.

Phil hasn't replied for 10 days now about the issue.

I believe the Watermark mod was made prior to 4.4.5 and as far as I'm aware changes have been made in 4.4.5 that conflict with the module.

I was speaking to Phil last week and it seems he has a lot of work on, and other issues. He'll be back, don't worry. :D

Phil should be around. If you've only tried to contact him via PM on here, you should try to email him. He's good about getting back in touch.

The module has been tested by us on v4.4.5.
