The best thing to do (if not already done), if your interest is to get the problem fixed in future versions, is to enter the problem in the Issue Tracker. That is the only way to monitor QT actions to correct it publicly. The second best, to help the forum community, is to publish the patch that QT provided for you - at least that makes it available for others to use at their discretion. QT does not guarantee to support issues in the forum.
