As I understood, you want to make free shipping for defined period. Actually, yes. You can use this query, but with 'N' instead of 'Y'.

Hi,

Thanks Holub for your response. I have two shipping methods one is national(Own country) and another International(rest of other). Each shipping methods and destination Zones defined from each provider area. Now my question is Can I able to block this free shipping methods from those other countries?That is I want to activate free shipping for my country only. Is it possible? If possible how?
