I too bought my mod with PayPal and it took me about a week to receive the file. No communications from Telafirma, though.

Does this mod work with the x-cart x-magnifier? How is the compatibility with the latest upgrade 4.1.3? Any issues there?

The mod works in 4.1.3. I do not know about x-Magnifier, I am not using it.
