I've got some troubles with banners2 and ionCube Encoder. I moved site to a new hosting and now I get
I hate encoded files!!!

The ticket #AGC-935-13956. btw, I can't login into Support helpdesk.

As you probably know guys, ioncube is a necessary evil when developing commercial modules, its the only way we can protect our licensing system without using "call home" features in our code.
Ioncube can be easily installed on shared or dedicated servers - the problem happens when you either change server or your host upgrades your PHP without giving you prior warning.

Either way, this is fixed - quicker to go through our support channels directly.

Will, I eventually resolved the issues I was having by getting a trial of the module functioning.

I am having one major issue though. The free trial is either not responsive, or it doesn't play nicely with the default responsive skin. I've tried quite a lot to get it to behave. Xcart 464 fresh install and xbanners2. Http://xcartnext.com/minimax

I've sent a couple of emails over the past week but have had no response.

I am not able to update our xBanners2 license domain via your site. I get the following message...

Based on our records, we have noted that you have changed your license details too many times. Please contact us for more details.

If you exclude the 'changes' made during testing, the domain has not been changed since going live early last year. I need to get the domain changed so it can be used on our new domain.

Please review for Ticket ID: ONB-649-95586 current emails.

I just spoke with Max - your license count has been reset, all should be fine.

Hello:
Anybody knows how I can insert the xMenu Tag into a .tpl file? I am not a programmer and I need a help to do this. I have installed XMenu Responsive, and created the menu, but I cannot figure out how to insert the xMenu tag in the .tpl file.

I have created a ticket with The Xcart Store, and I was belittled and insulted because I am not a programmer. I am really regretting that I wasted my money on this template but I have to hang on with it after all the resources I have expended on it.

Please guide me on how to insert the xMenu tag into the .tpl file to show on the web page.

I have your complete ticket with Max in front of me here - Max has only had the oppurtunity to reply once to your responses to the tickets (5 questions from you, 1 response from Max as most of your responses came through over night - outside of office hours).

In his last response, Max asked "What exactly is the problem? We need more details from you."

Nowhere in it are you being "belittled and insulted", its our job to support you as best we can, if you are a programmer or not. In your last question you want an example... that's no problem, its just one 1 line of code you need (shown within the module setup). Send us your ftp details and we will update your site.

Otherwise, if you prefer we will refund your complete order - let us know either way.

Can anyone help me get this issue resolved? The site crashes when it's upgraded to php 5.6. Here's the error_log, you need to upgrade the site since, specifically the TXS_XBanners2 module.
[24-Feb-2017 18:38:18 UTC] PHP Fatal error: The file /home/suecoffeeee/public_html/modules/TXS_XBanners2/config.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 4 and cannot run under PHP 5.5 or PHP 5.6.
Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for either PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5 or PHP 5.6. in Unknown on line 0

Have you put in a ticket with the developer?
You need an upgrade for the banners module.

Disable it until you get the upgrade so that the shop keeps running.

i run xbanners2 on 4.7.6 and php 5.6 without problems.

try to download latest xbanner2 version from your account under "licenses"
