The investigation showed that the problem is caused by the fact that the
http://your-domain/skins/common/js/jquery.cookie.js

script is being blocked by your server, most likely by the mod_security of Apache.

Please ask your hosting team to unblock it and Webmaster Kit should work properly after that.

After spending some time with my web host, we now have it working.
