Are you using an old download of the mod? The new version does not use htmlspecialchars_no_double_encode in admin_entry.tpl (http://www.websitecm.com/downloads/cdseo-pro-admin-addon.zip)

It's not the newest. It may be one that was new for 4.5.x so it got into 4.6.x as well. This is fixable, I just thought you should know...

I previously made changes to the addon for 4.6 compatibility, you'll just want to make sure to use the latest files.
