Don't hold your breath. There are a few of us out here that have opened tickets on Jon's site and not received any answer. One poor soul out here has had a ticket unassigned open on his system since March 2013.

There is the Clean URL's within the XC system you can use.

For me it was more than just CDSEO. We used the xCMS system from him as well.

Just to give you all a ray of hope, I exchanged some support ticket emails with Jon between April 24 thru April 29. He promptly replied and answered my pre-sale questions.

Us too, really becomes a problem when 3rd party vendors go postal.

We had to upgraded to CDSEO when they guy from XCSEO did one.
