I just checked Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE9. It is working in all of those browsers for me. In IE it is slower for some reason. Chrome displays the warning message.

Problem still persist in chrome and now the background colour seems to load a little longer than the foreground colour

Phil,
I have done a CSS Validator and there seems to be a lot worng within these directories

could this be the problem with the chrome not loading properly?
