I've had no problems on FF 3.6 on XPsp2. Beautiful site btw.

Can you tell me what your settings are for Settings > Modules > Detailed Images ?

I've gone ahead and implemented the "Internal" option for now. The reason is that I submitted the issue I was having to Qualiteam and they verified that it was a bug and they would be releasing a patch shortly.

My previous settings were:

• "in a popup window"
• cloud zoom
• 0
• 105
• 98
• 3

I'll let you know everyone know what happens with this patch.

What ended up happening was Qualiteam looked into it and fixed the issues, free of charge. If you are experiencing the same things with MagicZoom, I would contact them and they should take care of it for you.

I'm confused, did you end up not using Cloud Zoom built in to X-cart and going with Magic Zoom? The problem you were describing is the same one I see with the built in Cloud Zoom, when the "Display detailed product image thumbnails below the product image" option is selected.

I used cloud zoom. QT fixed an issue and now it works!

I use cloud zoom, but there seems to be a bug. In my case, when you hover on the product image you'll see the same product image on the zoomed area until you clicked the thumbnail related to it. I don't know if this is just a setting but this is driving me crazy.

@wites - contact qualiteam on that one. this is a bug and they fixed it for me.

What I find really sad is this issue has been around so long and there is still no public fix for it. You have to contact Q-team and go through all the bull just to get it working. Pretty sad and pathetic if you ask me.
