They charge an extra 1% per transaction and a $200 setup fee.

Click the link at the bottom of the page to register. After your register, moments later you'll be contacted by a very hungry sales rep complaining about x-cart being "outside the country" and trying to sell you other solutions and won't register you for cardinal commerce without a $200 fee and requirement 1% of all processes ran.

Has anyone else a different experience or a different way to get 3-D secure working for them?

I am attempting to setup 3-D Cardinal and they have 26 payment processors that they support which includes Paypal, Google check-out, Visa, Mastercard and eBillme. When you setup with 3-D cardinal, they will setup up every service for you rather than having to apply to everyone independently so long as payments are ported through their service. I was told by the Cardinal representative that X-Cart only ports Visa/Mastercard information through 3-D Cardinal and not the other 24 payment utilities. To take full advantage of their one-stop services, I want to port the other services through them. Can anyone advise me on this matter?
