grr.. after the quality team investigate, they found that i added that style :
<select id="po{$v.classid}" name="{$poname}"{if $disable} disabled="disabled"{/if}{if $nojs ne 'Y'} onchange="javascript: check_options();"{/if} style="border-style:solid; border-color:#a8a7a7; border-width:1px; font-size:10px; background-color:#f4f4f4;>

and i opened the style with the " but i didn't closed it. That was causing the problem. And that's a reason for loosing 40 points :P
