did someone noticed on the Thub a message- :Your trial ending in 20 days.??

what is this, seems the software limited in time, so what do you pay so much for..

Ticket sent to Support of Atandra, but as usual, waiting time is very high.. seems the service is something to be carefull with..
i will post more info when will have the reply, if ever..

Just to note that this was a problem with particular license code which was reported on saturday 12/19 and was resolved first thing monday morning at 9:00 AM EST. Our support is monday to friday 9 AM to 6 PM EST

Indeed, just got a mail from support, and it seems to be working ok..

thanks for the reply. it can be nice to have auto responce with your responding times..

Just now atandra mailing customers that they will stop to support version 6 which is something purchased in last 2 years.. Seems they didnt generate enough income..

i believe that at certain stage also kind of "Fault" will be inserted remotely which will cause the software to fail

guess what, upgrade to V10 is 500 usd, and Atandra giving nice discount of 25% if purchased in next 2 weeks..

i will definitely call my lawyer to check if all this issue legal.

but for all users, be carefull, purchase 600 usd soft doesnt give you any warranty,, i will definately start looking for alternatives.
ecc is 299, which is already cheaper start..

Appreciate your concerns. Just to clarify, stop support for T-HUB 6 does NOT mean your license will expire or your T-HUB 6 version will somehow stop working. This is not a hosted solution so we cannot change your local installed version in any way. It just means that Atandra will not be able to provide support on the older version after the mentioned date. Hope that answers your questions. You are certainly welcome to email with more questions if you have.

T-HUB 6 will work on windows XP and Vista only. It was not tested for windows 7.

I have been sending a lot of emails to atandra regarding an installation that I paid, and they just dont answer. Does anybody know if they are having problems or what? Or have they disapeared?
