We are working right now on adding ability to integrate surveys into any page.
So this way you can integrate into checkout process and any other pages of your store.
Will also add few premade styles for inline/condensed surveys.
Existing customers will be able to download this update free of charge.

From business point of view I'd not recommend to do this - ideally you shoudn't disturb customer during checkout, probably on checkout success/failure page only.

Go go even more - I'd recommend to use our both products together - Follow-up Autoresponder + Survey Builder to get constant feedback from your customers based on multiple criteria:
1. How is his shopping experience - good for checkout success/failure
2. Is he happy with product delivery time
3. How he likes the product itself.
4. What else he would like to buy from you
etc

And you can have all of this automated!

Hi Nice product. Just viewed the demo video.

Do you have an idea when the integration into the customer purchase might be completed?
I need to offer a questionnaire to customers after purchase of their product. VERY Important part of the product/service.

The integrated version sounds like it would be perfect. If it's not available soon, couldn't I just redirect the customer to the "survey" at the end of their purchase? And if so, any thoughts on how I might attach their order and customer info to it?

Survey Builder is completed and available at

Now you can integrate it into customer purchase by copy&paste piece of code. Few integration methods available - classic popup, embedded, dhtml popup.

What you will need is to copy survey code and paste into appropriate place where you need the survey. Specific place to be determined by every merchant individually.

You are definitely right regarding customer surveying.

As to attaching parameters:
Survey has flexible mechanism of additional parameters(tags), where you can pass any value as additional parameter - including customer id, product id or whatever other information you may need to tie to survey.
