I tried to use it and they were VERY helpful thoughout the entire process while trying to get it to work for us. The problem is that it integrates using UPS Shipping XML. UPS WILL NOT approve your account to use the Shipping XML unless you ship at least 50 packages a day! At one time it was 10, but they recently upped that to 50. That is just NUTS. Another words UPS will only play nice with the big boys. That isn't the fault of shippingkit though.
