No, I mean replace menu.tpl in the bottom piece of code with menu2.tpl.

Yep done that - it works- but now it's messed up the widths & placed the heading.jpg inside the new menu - have a look : www.wyzeshop.com

I need the heading.jpg outside of the code as the padding is screwing it up

Fixed. Took the image out of the capture tag ;)
