Hi Roger,

Yes they did 8)
Also an integrated auction checkout will be featured in our next update due in 2-3 weeks. This will allow eBay winning bidders to checkout/pay for their auction items directly through your xcart shop whereby you will then be able to process/track orders just as you do now.

Just wondering if anyone had trouble generating a token at set up time and if there are any suggestions to fix this problem. I thought maybe disable the module and start again, but I not sure if that's the way to go. I can hardly wait to use, lots to list on Ebay.

Thanks in advance,

Vera

Auction Manager is a great concept - however, the product is somewhat lacking in excution.

I have not be very successful in integrating it into x-cart. The product has limited documentation on configuration and produces inconsistent results with eBay. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Actually most of the time it doesn't work.

The Safteynetweb folks were initially helpful in getting the user configuration working. However, there was no responses when it came to getting the product to actually work with eBay. After many attempted emails - I have given up! They did not return many emailed requests for help. I had even given them access to my instance of x-cart for troubleshooting.

While I think this product has much potential for integrating x-cart into ebay, I currently would not recommend purchasing it.

Hi Wayne,

To the best of my knowledge I have responded to all of your support requests - if I have missed something please email me so I can rectify whatever issue you are having.

My apologies if you felt you were ignored or a request wasn't responded to.

Re: Auction Manager for XCART

Anyone else using the SafetyNetWeb Ebay Auction Manager? I'm considering using it and would like some feedback on it - good or bad. Also have a few questions on it...

Does it automate (or auto-populate) any of the entry of any of the main product auction fields; title, description, etc? Can it do this with groups of products instead of one at a time? I can't see this functionality from the screenshots. Or, is it more of just an ebay listing interface placed inside of xcart instead of inside of inside ebay?

Any info from users of it is much appreciated! :)

Thanks.

I'd also be interested in more comments from people who are using it within a live store as im now in the position where we are seriously considering using ebay to shift some dead stock or items where we only have a few left in the least popular sizes. so an easy way to put them all onto ebay would be of great benefit to us.

so anymore merchants willing to put their 2pence in would be appreciated.
