Does this mean they will revoke the DVLA's licence? If you pay for your Tax disc online with credit card they surcharge, a debit card they don't and if you look around in England and the rest of Britain you will see surcharges for Credit Cards this has been about a few years now because of the excessive fees from Visa/Master Card etc and a lot don't charge a percentage but flat rate ё2.00/ё2.50 to cover c/c cost and bank transaction charge! And why not if you charge the fee the customer will use method better for you or pay the price

As a merchant you have to roll those charges into your system some how. All credit card companies have a policy about serarcharges. What you can do and is leagle is to charge every one more. IE add 3% to all your prices then give discounts for various payment menthods. Brick and morter comanies have been doing this for years.

To do as MSimpson suggests, for a discount just add a negative 'Extra Charge' in 'Payment Methods'
