Yeah.. the ones I didn't have an answer for I just skipped. It gave me a SPF policy anyway... and AOL accepted it.. so it must be ok. :D

this is the reply i got from my host regarding SPF policies - not sure why they say this as i thought i could do this myself

I get this message myself quite often and I have SPF in place & no red flags at dnsstuff.com & no blacklists. ISP's think something in these messages is a virus. They are not aol either. I get them from all kinds of email providers.
