Re: XCSEO Pro - Best X-Cart SEO module available!

Well i don't think it is going to matter soon because when X-cart bring out version 4.2 it looks like a URL rewrite will be already built in to the cart no more wondering if things are going to break during the upgrade process.

How do you know this? When is 4.2 going to be released?

URL re-write is one thing, but total control over the page names, all meta tags and page headings is needed for really good SEO rankings.

Is this planned in 4.2 as well?

I am so so late for this product, just trying to do a chargeback.

The support forum from PHP Site Solutions is gone, as is the Support Ticket System. When you try to access a support ticket, it says the software license is no longer valid.

I wrote to Jon's wife and she said this was 'really unlike him' and I haven't heard back yet. One would think if something was going on they would have been polite and professional enough to tell me there was an issue and if I could just wait, they'd tend to my problems.

The fact the website is still up to buy products with ZERO support is just disgusting.

What you could all do is also file a complaint with the datacenter he is hosted s most likely this would against their terms of service.
If enough people complaint that he is taking money without delivering the product they will most likely suspend the account until Jon shows up.

The only problem that might become off taking his site down would be if Jon has a call back feature in his software it might also slow our sites down that are using this no?

On October 5th he stated "I've only recently (the past couple of days) been able to return back to normal business matters."

Last week he was online for DVD ripping support:

Jon L previously stated:

And when I have implemented call-home for my other modules, it only executes once a day, and is passive, so if it can't reach my server, the module functions by default (so your website is never negatively affected).

Arr thanks i thought i have seen that some were.

It will not matter to me in another month or so.

So i guess that would be best to close his site if he is not responding to people and taking there money.

Thanks Jon.
