Solved the Packing Slip problem. Refer to the editted post above if you want to implement a Packing Slip mod in XCart 3.3.x. Not tested in any other versions... Actually, I don't even know if you need a Packing Slip mod in other versions... maybe that's already been done... :)

I've got this invoice installed.. Thank you, it looks great! Heres my question.. I can only view this invoice when under Admin, if I run through 'as a customer' and complete a sample order, and goto print that invoice, it prints the plain text invoice.. How do I get that to update to this new invoice?

The one change I made was to add a button to the main '/admin/orders.php?mode=search' page that says "Packing Lists for Selected" (right next to the "Labels for Selected" button) so you don't actually have to view an item to have the link to print the packing list. It involved a couple more lines of code and a little extra logic but I think my client will be pleased.
