Ksenia, this is very exciting for all of us. I love your plans for X-cart 5.1.0, and I'm very happy to have the new developer tools for 5.0.13.

Really need to make sure that the Webmaster kit can be IP restricted or session based (like webmaster mode is now). So that when you are working on a live site and need to inspect what template/class is causing the display for an area you can do it without spitting stuff out to the customer.

We work on live sites all the time. The majority of our customers do not have a dev site for what ever reason.

Buy the way how come you were viewing it in IE? Out of developer's habit check everything in all browsers?

Phill, Mike, thank you for your warm greetings. I'm sure you will have a lot to say when the actual testing is begun, beta is beta. But the beginning of this thread is so inspiring for XC team!

I always look at new things in IE first - if it works there it works everywhere

I usually have the forum open in IE (and separate monitor too) so not to be in my way in other browsers and links from it just open in the same browser...

Good question, Carrie.

The WebmasterKit works only for the user logged as admin. The other users will not see the dev-popups.

I have a quick question. Can you point me to where module hierarchy is explained? I need to override \XLite\View\Menu\Customer\Top but when I extend it my changes get overwritten by CDev SimpleCMS. It is because CDev comes after Baby. If I name my Folder Dady it works because it comes after. I think Tony already explained this to me, but I am having trouble with this subject.
