Firetank software is not responding

Firetank must be still in business, as far as taking money and sending the wrong
software, but their support seems to be non-existent.
Anyone knows what's the deal with them?

I've been trying since May and no response.

I think there should be a note to advise potential customers that they have gone quiet.

Yes I am also not receiving reply from their end from last 1 month?What happened? Are they still in business?

I upgraded a program from them the other day and have had problems and am now getting no response from emails and help tickets.

Won't be spending any money there in future!!

Just put in for a Paypal refund.

So does anyone have a recommendation for a new feed then? We've been waiting in limbo for them to have an update (I don't want to buy a feed and then have to buy again b/c something isn't compatible.) So I've been faking a feed (making manual changes to the .csv file) for 8 months or so, which is ridiculous.

So I need a new option??

What happened I don't know.They have not updated the modules for 4.6 version also.

I don't know if this helps anyone, however it appears their support desk moved to: gpcentral.co.uk/support

Pretty stupid considering their website still posts to their old help desk.

i have been waiting for a response since Jan and still nothing, i have looked and just two of there mods work on 4.6, all the rest are now out of date.

Tried the link in the above response, that is where by questions are, no response to anything, looks like they have vanished, should really take the site down is nothing is supported any more.
