Here is an interesting one - I have an ageing site owner who can not view his orders using the standard print size so I have added css to that page to increase the text size as well as the credit card and order details boxes.

But when he goes to print the invoices instead of getting the ouput with the large text it prints the invoice which he doesn't need and if I were to increase the text of the actual invoice it would have an impact on the invoice mailed to the customer.

So instead when he hits print invoice all he really needs is the order information as shown on the screen - and as shown below (but in larger text) - has anyone done this please?

If I use print screen or use the browser to print the information then I get all the other items on the page - I need a clean printout of only the relevant information - but thanks for your suggestion

I have snagit AND FIreFox

Both allow me to grab what I want and leave the rest.

I thought this was for personal use though for the person that could not see, not the end user as a packing list or invoice.

Thanks Mark I will bear in mind what you say about Firefox and Snagit but what I really am looking for is an easy way for this guy - he is 76 to print the details off easily without all the browser garbage so his wife 73 can make the invoices her way - they are old but if I were to tell you that he sells over 200K pounds sterling in books per year you would get to appreciate how much this mod means to them.

Any one else have any suggestions ?

I think you are out of options for doing this by just tweaking something - if they are making good money and the mod is that important you could get a quote off x-cart themselves to do this. They would be your cheapest option I would think - and after all it is just a quote for now. Would give you an idea.

Very easy just copy all the codes from orderinfo.tpl to order_label_print.tpl or
order_labels_print.tpl which one you not using. in order list check the checkbox and click on order_label_print.tpl or order_labels_print.tpl which one you choose. DONE

Nevermind. I figured it out. I also turned the "Labels for Selected" into "Print Invoice Details" button and can now select all invoices (with customer details) and print at once.
