I saw your note. If you could give me maybe 1-2 days that would be great. Our first line of support was out today and I'm not sure if he'll be able to be in tomorrow. That means I have to do all his work and all mine. On top of that I have a client meeting tomorrow for likely 3+ hours which will involve 2-3 of us. So our response times for Sales type questions likely will be delayed. I will have to concentrate on technical support questions first.
